Current hosting architecture

Core hosting, compute, database and document storage: Noviqent Ltd, on premises, United Kingdom. This is Noviqent's own processing infrastructure and is not a third-party sub-processor.

AI, OCR and biometric processing: privately hosted by Noviqent Ltd on the same on-premises environment. The verification AI has no outbound internet access, and no third-party AI provider receives identity documents, proof-of-address documents, selfies or biometric data.

Current sub-processors

• SMTP2GO — transactional email (check-request invitations and account emails). Receives only the recipient email address and minimum delivery metadata; never receives ID/proof-of-address images, selfies, biometric templates, or OCR-extracted identity data.

Not currently in use

IdCheck does not currently use a third-party monitoring/logging service or a third-party support/error-tracking service. This section will be updated if either is introduced.

Notice of changes

Noviqent will update this register before enabling a new production sub-processor and will follow the customer authorisation/notification mechanism set out in the Data Processing Agreement before adding a material new sub-processor.
